I practice emergency medicine and build AI-driven healthcare companies. Right now I'm developing AI-focused clinical products and scaling startup clinical businesses from zero.
I've spent my career at the intersection of clinical medicine and operational scale — building the infrastructure that makes healthcare work, not just treating the patients in front of me.
As Deputy CMO at Curative, I helped coordinate over 2 million COVID vaccinations across 12 states, building national clinical operations from the ground up. As co-founder of Wellness & Equity Alliance, I scaled a health equity organization from two people to 40+ staff in under a year, securing over $2 million in government contracts and federal grants.
I still practice emergency medicine. Seeing patients grounds everything I build — it keeps the clinical reality sharp. But I'm increasingly focused on what AI can do at the system level: better documentation, smarter triage, real-time decision support, and clinical products that actually get adopted.

“Going room to room in the ED and connecting with patients, human-to-human, reminds me every day of the why.”
Patients are the reason I build everything. Every product, every system, every organization — same end goal: improve the care delivered to those who need it most.

Why I still see patients
I don't think I'll ever stop completely. Patients are the reason I build everything. Every product, every system, every organization I've created has had the same end goal — to improve the care delivered to those who need to receive it.
I want to affect change at scale. But going room to room in the ED and connecting with patients, human-to-human, reminds me every day of the why. In the emergency department you are confronted with humanity in full — its tragedy, its triumph, its struggle and its absurdity. Every shift is an unending sequence of unique scenarios. It's a rush like no other.
The best operators in healthcare are the ones who still know what it feels like to stand at a bedside. That's not nostalgia — it's an information advantage. The distance between a boardroom decision and a patient outcome is exactly where most healthcare products fail.
